13 Months

Vegas Baby!

Red Rocks, Calico Basin
I am changing so fast it is hard for mommy and daddy to keep up. I am taking swimming lessons and I am very confident around water. I just started blowing bubbles and dunking my head. I can kick on my stomach and on my back. I can splash and do big arms in the water. I got lots of practice in Vegas over Thanksgiving. We went swimming everyday! I am saying lots of words and some in my own language. I love to say Hi to everyone and the Christmas lights have me saying "wow" and "tree." So far I can say, duck, dog, mama, daddy, tree, wow, hi, baby, fish, baba (bottle), no, yea and Santa. I can identify my mommy and daddy in a photo. I love to give hugs and kisses. I try to kiss the dog and she wags her tail! We had a great time in Las Vegas. I have new confidence out at the rocks and I loved watching my daddy climb. I didn't like when mommy went climbing, but I tried to be supportive. We went out to dinner at night and I enjoyed the scenery and lights. Mommy and daddy took me to the aquarium in Vegas and daddy took me out to get a fish tank and two fish. We named them Nemo and Dory. I am happy to be home now and I am looking forward to Christmas festivities. I have a birthday party for some of my friends this weekend and we are planinning on going to see Santa with Grammy and Grandpa.

Halloween Pictures

Little Stinker!

Halloween

My second Halloween was so much fun. I went to a party with the mommy/baby group and saw all my friends dressed up! Mommy and Daddy took me to the Pearl St. trick or treat where I got to see every kid in Boulder dressed up! It was very cold outside, but I still managed to go trick or treat in our neighborhood! I had a little taste of candy b/c it was Halloween, but my parents would prefer I eat my fruits and veggies. I am getting ready for the holidays coming up. We have started putting up lights and listening to Christmas music. I love dancing with my mom and dad. I hope you find the photos hilarious!
